Visa by Mail
For the convenience of our clients Russian visa centers offer the service of reception documents sent by mail.
Step 1
Please prepare required documents according to the type of your visa (including Visa Application Cover letter ):

ATTENTION: When filling out electronic visa application form on website
visa.kdmid.ru please choose the place of submission - Russian Visa Center, Sydney.
Please make sure that your invitation is correct and your visa application is filled out according to your invitation and passport. Please provide your mobile number and email in the visa application.
Step 2
Pack all the documents in a mailing envelope including Visa Application and Cover letter. Documents for a family or group of applicants traveling together should be sent in one package. Please refer to additional services /return delivery options.
ATTENTION! Please do not provide return self-addressed prepaid envelope.
Step 3
Please send a full set of documents to the Russian visa center in Sydney by mail:

Please note! We don't accept cash, bank or personal cheques, money orders, credit cards*. Please pay your invoice by bank transfer to the nominated account on your invoice.
*Credit cards payments only accepted at the visa center counter
Step 4
Once all correct documents received, the Visa Center will invoice you immediately. As soon as we receive all necessary information, we will send you an invoice. If the documents in need of additional information , be corrected or explained , we will email you the request.
As soon as all necessary documents are checked and correct , your invoice will be emailed to the nominated email address.
Step 5
Your invoice is payable within 3 days. Please provide payment confirmation quoting your invoice number to: sydney@interlinkservice.ru
Step 6
Your visa application will be lodge upon received payment confirmation.
Step 7
You will receive notification by SMS and email as soon as your passport is ready. You documents will be sent by return Express Post with signature on delivery. Please refer to additional services / return delivery options.
Postal application fee is $285: includes service fee, visa filing fee, postal processing fee and SMS/E-mail notification (consular nominated fee is not included, please refer to visa types).
